Terms & Conditions


All Prices are in NZD (New Zealand Dollars) and includes GST. All goods sold will be billed in $ NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
The price of shipping will alter from each region in New Zealand. The shipping cost will be calculated when in cart/checkout upon entering the 4-digit number post code.
All prices are valid while stock last and are subject to change.
All Prices includes New Zealand goods and services tax (GST).


All Customers must make payment in full prior to goods being dispatched, price quoted will be display in checkout.

Cancellation of Order

If you wish to cancel your order before the goods been dispatched, please contact by email as soon as possible. If the goods have not been dispatched from us, we will refund the money back to you.


We currently accept the following payments: Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Visa and MasterCard) and Bank deposit.
The goods will be dispatched to the customer upon receiving payment,

This privacy policy sets out how OnlyTech uses and protects any information that you give OnlyTech when you use this website. OnlyTech is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.


Non-Faulty Goods:

If you have ordered goods and you changed your mind, we do offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. Please make sure when in checkout to review your cart before ordering. The packaging of the goods must be returned in unused, unopened and undamaged condition in order to process a refund. The buyer of the goods must pay for the goods to be returned in the case of changed mind.
If a non-faulty item is returned we may charge you a 15% restocking fee.

Faulty Items:

Contact us immediately if an item found to be faulty. You can find the contact details on the contact us page. Only Items which are within their warranty period can be replaced or repaired. Please do not return an item until do so by OnlyTech, if so return within 7-days. Customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to OnlyTech. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals, blank warranty cards, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

Please note that an item is not considered to be faulty simply because it is incompatible with your equipment, please contact us prior to placing an order if you are uncertain of compatibility or you can find all the information about the product from the manufacturer website.
